Whats up with the exclamation mark at certain stars? and once i warped through one and there seemed to be a dialogue box but I was spamming the shoot button and missed it :(
There are 2 stars like that: one unlocks a new pixelart in the art gallery, that you can access when you beat the game and the other is an easter egg of my next game!
Great execution for sound, graphics! One thing I'd ask you'd consider changing how quick it takes to play again after the player loses their ship. Once the one ship is lost, the player has to click several times through the main menu, and intro screens before they can play again. Please consider making it quicker to restart.
